About Znuny

Znuny LTS is a continuation of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition (Version 6.0.30) which was declared end of life (EOL) at the end of December 2020. The primary goal for this project is to provide a maintained and stable version of the well known ticket system. Version 6.0. is the LTS Branch, a feature version which adds more functionality is on the way and will be released in the mid of the year. The fork includes all features of the previous Open Source version:

Business Object Management Channels Security & Permissions Automation & Processes Time and Escalation Management Customer Management Knowledge Management & Self Service Individualisation Accessibility Reporting

This project will keep the compatibility with implementations and integrations built upon version 6 of ((OTRS)) Community Edition.
