Thanks to the included search and suggestions, finding existing topics is fast and easy. You can discuss and resolve, merge or annotate topics to keep your feedback collection clean and updated. Involved teammates get notified automatically when changes happen so your colleagues with customer contacts are always up to date regarding feature requests or bug reports customers ask them about. Use the analytics section to extract the most important requests and feedback trends for your business so you and your team can focus on what makes your customers happy. By uploading your own customer list, you can keep a reference for each feedback case and inform affected customers once you implemented a feature they requested from you. traggr can also be used on Mobile so you can collect feedback right on your smartphone when being in meetings with your customers.
