About Skill Lake

An organization relies on its workforce. However, maintaining a skilled workforce is not easy. Skill Lake is a people development platform that helps build a culture of growth in an organization, through constant interactive learning. But that does not limit its abilities to that of an LMS. Skill Lake is a holistic learning platform that goes beyond functional skills. We understand the struggle of a large-scale enterprise when it comes to people management. From onboarding to training, to keeping staff updated on the changing company policies. An organization needs to be efficient at every stage of resource management to develop a future-ready workforce. Skill Lake is one of the few platforms that has been designed from the ground up to ensure businesses achieve success driven by an empowered and skilled workforce. Skill Lake not just beats the complexes in providing staff training, but also places the learner at a vantage point, ensuring on-the-job application of what is learned. Skill Lake streamlines and simplifies people management, making learning and development a core business driver. What more makes Skill Lake different from the rest of the LMS platforms? Skill Lake urges enterprises to think beyond content consumption. Streamlining continuous mentoring and coaching, Skill Lake empowers people to develop skills and competencies that impact their ultimate performance and productivity. Enabling true accountability, Skill Lake allows managers and leaders to attain full visibility across the workforce including easy tracking of competence development plans, actions, and timelines, to identify and rectify gaps.
