Editorial policy
Guides on SaaS Lenz are published under the byline “SaaS Lenz Editorial”. They are not written by a named individual and we do not invent authors, credentials or experience. The owner of SaaS Lenz is accountable for what is published and reviews every guide before it goes live.
How guides are made
Guides are AI-assisted and human-reviewed. We choose topics from what people search for. Facts come from the SaaS Lenz directory and from public sources such as vendor pages and project repositories. A draft may only use facts we have recorded, and every number, price and date must appear in the source it cites. Automated checks block a draft that breaks these rules; a person then reads it and decides whether to publish.
What we do not claim
Unless a guide says otherwise, we have not tested the products hands-on, and we say so in the guide. We do not publish ratings, reviews or awards that we cannot trace to a source. We do not accept payment for placement and we have no affiliate links.
Sources and dates
Every guide lists its sources and shows when they were last checked. Prices and features change, so treat dates as part of the information, and check the vendor's own page before you buy. We re-verify guides at least every six months.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us at feedback@saaslenz.com or use the “Report an error” link on the guide. We fix verified errors and add a dated correction note. See also our About page.
