Cloudfiles enables sales with a simple set of feaures - File Upload & Link Generation: Once the administrator has installed the app form the HubSpot Marketplace, files can be uploaded through the CloudFiles widget that appears on the right sidebar of deal/contact/company page. Files can be imported form a variety of sources such as Google drive, OneDrive, Box, HubSpot etc. Link Security through ID Validation: Links can be generated from the "Get Link" file action. Link security settings enable setting soft and hard ID validation. With soft validation, your clients must enter an email to access the file. With hard validation, they must login form an email to view the file. Detailed and insightful Analytics: CloudFiles provides a hierarchical view of all file accesses. You can view the total number of views, downloads, time spent and page-by-page analytics. You can further drill down to individual users & sessions. CloudFiles creates a mirror copy of all uploaded files in a neat hierarchy on your storage. You can share access to this storage with non HubSpot users in your company to view the files.
