It allows businesses of any size (and any budget) to choose their billboards on a map, and serve their ads directly to them, regardless of who owns the billboard, or where it is on the planet. CAASie.co is effectively an online marketplace where advertisers have full control over how their ads are served, and how much they're willing to spend. If anything, CAASie.co is what would happen if Google Display Ads met outdoor advertising. In a good way.
