bSmart GIS is a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium) compliant GIS application software. It contains over 350 features and tools that can be used for geospatial data management as well as analysis, image processing, graphics, and map production. It makes the task of creating, managing and storing spatial data and visualization of Electrical Network cost effective and tailored made to the needs of Electrical Utilities. bSmart GIS comes with a host of unique features that define interface standards and carry the analysis of the system assets. It enables the users to add or delete the entities and to also record the new connections or disconnections. This augments efficient and seamless billing. Moreover, multiple people can then work on the same asset and they can also view their own version of the asset.
