[Continuous, automatic ticket and comment syncing] Sync from tasks between apps like Trello, Jira, Github, Asana, Monday.com and Gitlab. When a ticket is created in one project, Board Genius's sync bots will copy it to the other. When a ticket is updated, changes will be synced as well. [What's synced between projects?] When syncing from one board to another, Board Genius will sync ticket title, description, labels, members assigned, due date, list name, checklists, attachments and comments. [Sync in one direction... or both] Two-way syncing means each team can use the tool they're comfortable with. Or just use one-way syncing to keep an eye on everything in your preferred app. [Filter out the noise] Use keywords and labels to specify which tickets you want to sync. For example, you could sync all "design" tasks to a Trello board and all "backend" tasks to Github. You can also use keywords and labels to exclude tickets from being synced. [Sync comments] Enable commenting syncing across projects to always keep the conversation up-to-date.
